Q: What does your basic
service include?
A:
Basic payroll service includes: Inputting payroll
data, printing of payroll checks and payroll reports
for each pay period.
Q: Can you track sick days, vacation days,
FMLA days, etc. for each employee?
A:
Yes, we can accrue sick days and vacation day plus
keep track of when they are used.
Tax
filing and notification
Q:
Do you provide filing assistance for local taxes?
A:
Yes, our staff has vast knowledge of tax regulations
and can help you with all your local tax needs.
Q: How will
you handle the EFTPS requirements?
A:
We make your EFTPS payments after each payroll,
ensuring your payments are timely and accurate.
Cost
of service
Q: If there are payroll data mistakes,
how long will it take to reconcile the errors and
what will it cost?
A:
If the mistake is made by PayrollNetwork, there
will be no charge assessed and we will promptly
make the correction on the same day the error was
detected. If the error was on the part of the client,
the error will be corrected on the same day; however
an additional charge may be assessed.
Q: Are there charges for adding/dropping
an employee, or for adjusting employee information?
A:
There is a nominal fee for adding new employees;
however there is no charge for changing existing
employee information. |
